Stephenville, Texas

Stephenville is located in Erath county and is 70 miles southwest of Ft. Worth.  It has two major highways running through it; highway 377 allows us commute east and west and highway 281 connects to the North and South. Also known as “the Cowboy Capital of the World”, it is centrally located for the Professional rodeo athletes, cutting, and barrel horse events. Stephenville’s leading industry is agriculture and Erath county has the highest milk production in the state.

Tarelton State University brings so many new people to Stephenville. It has an excellent agricultural department and Tarelton has been very successful in their rodeo and sports programs. With new students coming in every semester there is a high demand for places to rent both for individuals and their horses.
